Young People

TODDLER GROUP

Our Toddler Group meets on Monday mornings during Term Time from 10.30 until 12 in the Parish Centre.  All ages are welcome and carers can relax with a cup of tea/coffee whilst the children play with toys, playdough, puzzles etc.  We round off the morning with a few songs and action rhymes.  Please feel free to drop in anytime.

For more information, please contact Chris Case through the Parish Office on 01959 572312 or email on admin@movingchurch.org

YOUTH GROUP

The St Mark's Youth Group meets approximately every 2 weeks, on a Sunday evening at the Associate Minister's house and are an opportunity for young people to share fellowship as well as plan outings and activities. The Youth Group is for all those of Secondary School Age.

For further information, contact Chris Routledge through the Parish Office on 01959 572312 or email on captchris@btinternet.com

LION CLUB AND QUEST

Both these valuable groups operate on a Sunday morning. The groups are currently working on Roots-on-the-Web. This is lectionary based, which means that on most Sundays, children and parents are thinking about the same Bible passage.

For further information, contact Chris Routledge through the Parish Office on 01959 572312 or email on captchris@btinternet.com

CHILDRENS' SUMMER HOLIDAY CLUB

Each summer the church organises a holiday club and each year there is a different theme for the week. The summer holiday club for 2006 was called Landlubbers Pirate Crew and during this week the children discovered the treasure of knowing Jesus.

In addition, special activity mornings and days happen at various points during the year.

1ST BIGGIN HILL GUIDES

The Biggin Hill Guides are always a welcome addition to the church family. They are a very active group taking part in numerous activities from outdoor challenges and summer camps to helping at the church bazaars and fetes. They raise money for charities including Breast Cancer Care by organising themed nights.

For further information, contact Rosemary Spurway through the Parish Office on 01959 572312 or email on admin@movingchurch.org
